Plantation Restaurant Daniel - situated in one of the oldest plantation houses of Curaçao is a natural oasis of peace and quiet in a historical setting. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served on the cool and shady terrace.This restaurant is famous for its weekly changing multi-course menus, its Dutch pancakes and the use of homegrown produce. In season, Dutch specialties like pickled herring, steamed mussels and white asparagus are served.
New is the bimonthly “fish market” on Fridays, with local catch as well as fresh fish flown in from Holland on display.
