One of the oldest plantation houses of Curaçao accommodates the sublime Plantation Restaurant Daniel. Located amidst a great variety of tropical plants, it is an oasis of peace and quiet for nature- and food-lovers. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served on the cool and shady terrace in a unique historical setting. Plantation Restaurant Daniel is famous for its weekly changing multi-course menus, its great variety of Dutch pancakes and the use of homegrown produce. In season, Dutch specialties like pickled herring, Dover Sole, steamed mussels and white asparagus are served.
